LHE Electronics boasts four major production workshops: injection molding, stamping, pin assembly, and mold research and manufacturing. Our stamping workshop is equipped with over 70 high-speed stamping machines from Taiwan Mingxu, complemented by advanced online monitoring systems, soundproofing facilities, and anti-vibration equipment, enabling us to produce over 1 billion precision terminals annually.

The injection molding workshop features more than 90 injection molding machines with fully automated robotic arms and a central feeding system, capable of manufacturing over 1 billion plastic components each year. Our pin assembly workshop is equipped with over 200 fully automated pin insertion machines and terminal welding assembly machines, allowing us to produce over 1 billion pin sockets annually.

Lianhe Electronics established in 2004
Zhejiang Lianhe Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in 2004. The company was formerly known as Yueqing Lianhe Electronics Factory. In April 2010, it was reorganized into Zhejiang Lianhe Electronics Co., Ltd. The company is headquartered in Innovation Road, Yueqing Bay, Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province. Since its inception, LHE has regularly launched new innovative products.

LHE Electronics has implemented ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management systems, utilizing an ERP resource management system for comprehensive information management. We prioritize quality control throughout production, from supplier audits and incoming inspections to product screening and final testing, ensuring a stringent quality assurance system.
