2: Q: I can't find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?
A: Our catalogue shows most of our products, but not all. Just let us know what product do you need, and how many do you want. If we do not have it, we can also design and make a new mould to produce it. For your reference, making an ordinary mould will take about 35-45 days.
3: Q: Can you provide a sample? Are these samples free?
A: Yes, we provide 5-10 pcs connector free samples for test. But you have to pay for the shipping cost
4: Q: What about your delivery time?
A: The stock goods delivery within 1 day, customized goods delivery within 5-7days
5: Q: How to ship my order?
A: For small package, send it by Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS. That’s Door-to-Door service.
For big packages, can send them by Air or by sea. We use standard export carton.
We will be responsible to any product damage caused on delivery.
6: Q: What kind of payment do you accept? Can I pay RMB?
A: We accept T/T(Wire transfer), Western Union and Paypal. Please be sure that we can receive the same amount of the Invoice. And you can pay money In RMB. No problem.
7: Q: How about your company quality control
A: Strictly obey ISO9001, IQC, OQC, IPQC, QA occupy 10% of our Quality department, CCD test is gradually being used in our company
8: Q: I need your price list of all your products, do you have a price list?
A: We do not have a price list of all of our products. Because we have so many items, and it’s impossible to mark all of their prices on a list, and the prices are always changing because of the material cost and quantity. And you can give us a list for all of the item you need, we will confirm carefully one by one，and give you specification and price list
9: Q: Can you make customized products and customized packing?
A: Yes. We made a lot of customized products for our customers formerly (mainly wire harness).
About customized packing, there is no problem for we put your Logo or other information on the packing.
Just have to point out that, it will cause some additional cost.
10: Q: What certificates do you have?
A: ROHS, REACH, CE, CQC, ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, ISO4500 etc.
