The 2nd Employee Fun Sports Meeting of LHE Concluded Successfully
The 2nd Staff Fun Sports Meeting of our company was successfully held, with all employees participating in this “Enjoy Sports, Happy Team Building” activity with great enthusiasm.
At the opening ceremony, the hosts explained the purpose of the event — to help employees relax, improve their physical fitness, and at the same time enhance communication and gather team cohesion through team projects. Later, the general manager delivered a speech, welcoming the employees’ participation, affirming their spirit of striving in work, encouraging everyone to enjoy the fun of sports, and integrating the spirit of collaboration and hard work into work.
Immediately after that was the team entry ceremony. The participating teams from various departments marched forward in neat steps and shouted loud slogans, showing a vibrant and united spirit. After a brief warm-up, five fun events — tug-of-war, crazy foot pressure board, caterpillar race, intelligent hula hoop passing, and “South-to-North Water Diversion” (a team water-transport game) — were carried out in sequence, testing team cooperation amid joyful interactions.
After the competition, the winning teams of each event were determined. Company leaders presented awards to them and took group photos together. At the closing of the sports meeting, the staff distributed exclusive souvenirs to each participating employee, thanking everyone for their dedication and hard work.
This sports meeting not only allowed employees to relieve stress and gain happiness, but also deepened mutual affection and strengthened team cohesion. In the future, it is believed that everyone will integrate the spirit of hard work and cooperation from the sports field into their work, contribute to the company’s development with more enthusiasm and high morale, and look forward to the next sports meeting together to meet again on the field and continue the story of happiness and unity.
