The first batch of occupational skill level certification examinations of Lianhe Electronics in 2024 has successfully come to an end.
On September 8, 2024, the fourth – level occupational skill level examination for mold workers (injection molds) was successfully held in our company. The examination was divided into a written test and a practical operation. The written test time was from 8:00 to 9:00, and the practical operation time was from 9:10 to 11:00. There were 60 candidates on that day. In addition to internal discipline supervision, there were 3 external evaluators on – site for invigilation.
From the rigorous examination preparation to the orderly examination room arrangement, every link embodies the efforts of the company. In the examination room, the candidates were fully concentrated and went all out. Their concentration showed their desire for self – improvement and their unremitting pursuit in the professional field. This certification examination is a comprehensive review of the employees’ professional skills and a solid step for them to move towards a new height in their careers.
