The four days are fleeting, and the 108km journey finally comes to an end. Back at work, we return to our roles. We will still face delivery pressure, quality issues, teamwork challenges and disagreements.
But these 11 of us share a precious memory. Deep in the Gobi, with no signal, no office, no job titles, we walked a long way side by side. Some walked faster, some slower. Some chased the goal, some cared most about safety. Some bore wounds, some shed tears. And no one was left behind.
This means more than the slogan of “team first” for Lianhe. Corporate culture is not just words written down. It is forged from shared experiences. This time, we carry a simple promise: We set out together, and we arrive together.
