The evacuation time and the proportion of vacuum obtained can be adjusted. For example, set the vacuum to -50kpa and the pumping speed to 10kpa/min. The difficulty of this test is that the air tightness tester or leak detector is required to be able to set the initial pressure for extracting the negative pressure value, such as starting from 0.

Waterproof connector rupture test (burst test): divided into negative pressure rupture test or positive pressure rupture test. It is required that the product should burst instantly when it is evacuated or pressurized to a certain pressure range, and the burst pressure should be recorded.
The difficulty of the test is: the air tightness tester needs to extract negative pressure to meet the requirements of the second test, the pressurization rate can be adjusted, and the pressurized blasting must be completed within the set range and cannot exceed this range. That is, blasting below this range or above this range does not meet the product test requirements, and the test pressure of this blasting point needs to be recorded.
In actual testing, this measurement requires a vandal-proof installation. The commonly used anti-riot device is to place the test piece in a pressure-resistant stainless steel cylinder. The test piece must be sealed, and a high-pressure pressure relief valve must be installed on the stainless steel cylinder with the outer cover to ensure safety.
